For Sunday morning zazen at EZC, please be in the zendo no later than 5 minutes before the hour. Zazen starts promptly on the hour

You are welcome to show up and sit with us.
However, it might help your experience if you call ahead, make an appointment, and let us know, so we can spend 15 or 20 minutes with you on basic instruction

The zendo is open for a morning of zazen sitting practice and a short service for anyone who cares to attend.
